Originally from Houston, Texas, Beatriz moved to Florida with her family at the age of 15. She is the oldest of six siblings and mother to her two-year-old daughter, Sarai, who she enjoys spending much of her time with.
Beatriz has been an active member of our parish, volunteering from 2014 to 2017. During this time, she assisted Faith Formation as a teacher’s aide for First Communion students and served as the lead preschool teacher for Vacation Bible School. Professionally, Beatriz has a strong background in office work, having held various positions at Marlin James, Inc., including receptionist, filing clerk, and customer service. She also has experience in the church setting, working as a substitute teacher and assisting with the after-school care program at Resurrection Catholic School.
With her bilingual abilities and strong interpersonal skills, Beatriz is well-equipped to help bridge communication gaps and foster stronger connections within our diverse parish community. She is excited to serve the parishioners of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and looks forward to contributing to its ongoing growth.
