Policies

Registration:

Families of children enrolled in the program must also be registered with the parish. Parents are the best example to their children. It is important that each Sunday and Holy Day you worship as a family and participate in the parish Stewardship program. The annual Registration Fee for Faith Formation is $75.00 per child. The rest of our funds, and funds for those less fortunate, come from the parish offertory.  The fee can be spread out over the year.  NO CHILD will be refused if they are unable to pay.  Faith Formation is for all students not attending a Catholic School in Grades K-12.  Our Middle school and High  School Youth Groups are open to all students both in Catholic School and public school or private school.  Please call our office to register your child.

At registration, please bring a copy of your child’s birth & baptism certificate.

Conduct:

We will make every effort to help all students learn to participate in classroom activities without disruptive behavior.  If a child is unable to do this, the teacher will notify the parent.  If disruptive behavior continues, the teacher will notify the Faith Formation Director and parents will be asked to come and pick up their child or stay and sit with their child.
